Cordial staff, excellent communication, top location. Very specious unit. Easy walk to the spectacular beach. Hospitable service provided there too.

Worth its 4 stars. Comfortable beds, heated pool. A small kitchenette was a great addition. It has favourable, good setting.

Hotel employees were helpful. Chilled-out base for weekend in Rotorua. D Bar, where you can eat, is just walking distance from the venue.

a private kitchen was included. only 1 km to whakarewarewa. located 200 metres from the hotel, chapmans restaurant was a good choice to eat. our stay was comfortable as usual.
